Territory Sales Officers
Applications are invited from knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled candidates to fill the position of Territory Sales Officers tenable at Head Office, Blantyre and Lilongwe.
Reporting to the Agency Banking Distribution Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for establishing and managing the Simpo Cash Business within a defined territory, in a profitable and sustainable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a profitable agent network within assigned territory.
- Draw customer call plans for the day, week, and month as per the agreed targets.
- Train agents in gadget operation, customer service, and compliance.
- Lead in the branding of agents, including placement of signage, gadgets, stationery, tariff posters, and any other relevant material in liaison with marketing.
- Ensure that agents deliver superior customer service, through monitoring and display of customer feedback channels at agent premises.
- Ensure agents/customer complaints are resolved within the recommended TAT.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in mobile money/ agency Banking or Related environment
- Demand management skills
