HIGH-VALUE CUSTOMER (HVC) RETENTION SPECIALIST-MARKETING

The High-value Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer lifetime value, reducing churn, and driving revenue growth through personalized engagement, loyalty programs, and targeted offers.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in analysing customer behaviour, usage trends, and churn risks to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Help execute loyalty programs, personalized offers, and engagement campaigns for high-value customers.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to deliver targeted communication and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to track HVC concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor key metrics such as retention rates, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and Net Promoter Score (NPS), providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Assist in coordinating with product, pricing, and service teams to enhance the HVC experience.
  • Support research efforts to identify industry best practices and improve customer engagement strategies.

Educational and professional Requirements

  • Degree in Social Science, Business, Business Information Systems or any related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or analytics tools.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and customer lifecycle concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
