CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Customer Value Management (CVM) Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of targeted customer engagement strategies aimed at increasing customer lifetime value, retention, and revenue.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in analysing customer data to create meaningful segments based on usage, behaviour, and value contribution.
  • Support the development and execution of targeted campaigns for upselling, cross-selling, and retention across multiple channels (SMS, USSD, app, email).
  • Monitor customer trends, churn patterns, and campaign performance using data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power Bl, or similar).
  • Assist in designing and implementing personalized offers, promotions, and rewards to enhance customer value.
  • Work with the commercial team to develop strategies that drive ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)
    growth.
  • Help implement churn prevention and loyalty programs to improve customer stickiness and satisfaction.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CVM strategies with business objectives.
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPls) such as customer retention rates, revenue per segment, and campaign effectiveness.

Educational and professional Requirements

  • Degree in Business Information Systems, Social Science or any related field.
  • Knowledge of telecom products and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and targeted marketing.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in customer value management and data-driven decision-making.
