HIGH-VALUE CUSTOMER (HVC) RETENTION SPECIALIST-MPAMBA
The High-value Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for supporting the management, growth, and retention of Mpamba customers by assisting in product performance analysis, customer engagement initiatives, and strategic campaigns.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Analyse Mpamba transaction trends, customer behaviour, and usage patterns to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in executing initiatives to drive Mpamba adoption, active usage, and transaction frequency.
- Support targeted campaigns for P2P transfers, bill payments, merchant payments, and savings & lending products.
- Assist in monitoring agent performance, engagement, and liquidity management efforts.
- Assist in monitoring agent performance, engagement, and liquidity management efforts.
- Help develop and implement retention strategies, including incentives, promotions, and personalized offers.
- Track key performance indicators (KP/s) such as transaction volumes, active users, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer retention rates.
Educational and professional Requirements
- Degree in Social Science, Business, Business Information Systems or any related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of mobile financial services, digital payments, and fintech trends.
- Basic knowledge of customer segmentation, product lifecycle management, and retention strategise
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in financial inclusion and digital financial services.
