HAIL & COTTON (Malawi) LIMITED, a fully owned subsidiary of HAIL & COTTON International B.V. based in Netherlands, a company that supplies premium leaf tobacco and value-added services to manufacturers of tobacco products worldwide, is seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to join our dynamic team in the following roles:

DRIVER (1)

The main purpose of the position

The Driver will be responsible to safely transport either cargo or passengers from one location to another in line with HAIL & COTTON policies and the traffic laws of Malawi.

Key Performance Areas

• To ensure safe and timely delivery
• To ensure company vehicles are serviced on time.
• To keep company vehicles, clean and in good condition.
• To provide excellent customer service

Attributes

We are looking for a vibrant and self-starter individual with high integrity, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Road Traffic rules and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education with credits in Mathematics and English
• At least five (5) years’ experience of working in a busy office.
• Valid Driver’s License for Class D1 and clean driving record.
• Defensive Driving Certificate
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
