Serendib Hotels and Resorts is looking for qualified and experienced personnel to take up the positions below, tenable in Blantyre and Lilongwe

Job Description

The successful candidate shall specifically be responsible for:

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Meet set sales targets

Qualification and experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism Management or a related field
• At least two years of work experience in a similar field
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
