The HR Business Partner and Administration Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding organizational effectiveness through a well structured human capital framework and robust administrative systems. This dual-responsibility role requires a leader who can drive talent strategy, regulatory compliance, culture development, and operational service delivery.
