Serendib Hotels and Resorts, a leading name in the hospitality industry known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial strategy and drive business growth across our expanding portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate shall specifically be responsible for:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies in alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Oversee sales, marketing, revenue management, and customer relationship management functions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
• Lead the development of strategic partnerships and corporate accounts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine commercial tactics.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to the commercial team.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and executive team to align operational goals with business objectives

Requirements

• Aged between 35 and 50 years.
• Holds a degree from a reputable university (a Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar senior commercial leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
