Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, the incumbent is responsible for day to day operations of the IT department; ensuring that the bank’s IT systems are available at all times. The role leads in the provision of IT services, support and resolution of IT issues.

- Change Control
- Infrastructure management
- User management
- Procurement of IT equipment
- Disaster Recovery
- User Acceptance Testing
- Updating of departmental policies
- IT Asset / resource Management
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills/Competencies
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any business-related field
- 5 years’ experience at Manager level in Information Technology in the financial services sector in general and in banking in particular
- Strong business knowledge of all the delivery areas cited above
- Strong business knowledge of the business of banking
- Strong project management capability
