Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant positions tenable in National Sales Department and the Forex Bureau.
SALES ANALYST – NATIONAL SALES DEPARTMENT
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibility will be compiling and analyzing sales and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide promotional and sales activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among other responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to project trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
- Compile, analyze, and report monthly sales data and statistics.
- Monitor and assess competitive activity, customer needs, and market trends.
- Provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing teams.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales plans and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate monthly sales performance, demand, revenue, and expenses.
- Assess sales potential and make strategic recommendations.
- Analyze and track sales activities, budgets, and variances, recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure execution of action plans by sales teams, aligning targets with business goals.
- Track customer relations and ensure timely resolution of sales-related queries.
- Conduct market research and environmental scanning to understand client needs.
- Support sales resource planning and capacity building for optimal performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Statistics, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business enterprise, sales or related fields.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
