CLINICAL OFFICER
Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to fill the position of Clinical Officer at its Head Office – Lilongwe.
Key Responsibilities of the Position
- Provide general medical consultation according to existing professional guidelines on employees who present themselves at the clinic for health issues.
- Perform minor surgical procedures
- Provide medical care for admitted patients at the company clinic
- Provide Health education to company employees
- Conduct Employment related medical examinations
Qualifications and Attributes
The successful candidate shall possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Valid registration under the Medical Council of Malawi Workplace Health and Safety programmes knowledge
- Computer skills including MS Office Packages
- Have experience in implementing HIV/AIDS programmes for the workplace
- Have experience in implementation of Non-communicable Diseases programmes for the workplace.
- Certificates of Basic Life Support and / or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
