HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (X1)
The Job
Position Function:
The incumbent is expected to provide leadership and direction in the planning and provision of an efficient and effective human resource and administration support service to the core functions of the company and serve as a strategic planner, internal consultant and implementer of all human resource and administrative policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- The desired candidate for the position must have Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or its equivalents with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior position.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the local labour laws is a must.
- Those with Master’s Degree will have added advantage.
ELECTRICAL MANAGER (X2)
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance operations and electronics
- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems (hard and soft ware)
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Those with Master’s Degree will have added advantage.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (X1)
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mortar circuits
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION MANAGER (X2)
Educational Background & Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineer with at least 5 plus years of experience in maintenance department of a cement plant
- Six years’ experience in electrical is required to be fully operational.
DRILL AND BLAST TECHNICIANS (X 2)
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Mining engineering, metallurgy and mineral processing or above
- Recognized government certificates
- At least 2 years’ experience for Drill Technicians and 5 years’ experience for Blasting Technicians.
LUBRICATION ENGINEER (X1)
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of industrial experience.
7. KILN OPERATOR (x3)
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Three years’ experience.
SHIFT LEADER – CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR- (X2)
Qualifications and Experience
- Familiarity with surveillance and security technologies
- Computer knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing or Mechanical
- At least 5 years’ experience.
OPERATION FOREMAN(X2)
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Energy, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience
CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR-POWER GENENERATION X4
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering or above
- Three years’ experience
Graduate Trainees and Interns (30)
- Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
- Mining Engineering/Metallurgy and Mineral Processing
- Energy Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in the said fields with one year experience.
