Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with disabilities? Do you have a knack for data collection and analysis? Link Community Development Malawi (LCDM) is seeking Temporary Enumerators to support the baseline data collection for the RISE Project.
About the RISE Project:
The RISE Project, funded by the Scottish Government, is a transformative multi-country initiative aimed at enhancing government support for Children with Disabilities (CWDs), especially girls, across Malawi, Rwanda, and Zambia. Running from 2024 to 2029, this project focuses on ensuring access to safe, quality education, providing assistive devices, and strengthening inclusive education practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect baseline data through FGDs, interviews, and questionnaires, ensure data accuracy and reliability, transcribe and clean qualitative and quantitative data support data analysis and report preparation, and uphold data integrity, security, and ethical standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
Relevant minimum diploma in related field, experience with CWDs and inclusive communication methods (e.g., sign language) is an advantage, proficiency in data collection tools like KOBO, ODK, and CommCare, strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
