Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Malawi School Certificate of Education (Essential).
- Experience: 5-10 years of blending experience in the tobacco industry (Essential).
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of tobacco blending processes.
- Expertise in processing and Quality Assurance practices.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Essential).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective supervision and leadership capabilities.
