DETAILS OF POSITIONS
PARK ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL MANAGER
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Park operations and administrative functions
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations Develop and implement operational policies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Park, or Hospitality management, operations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in team leadership and project management; preferably in the hospitality or entertainment sector
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

HUMAN RESOURCE AND FINANCE MANAGER
The ideal candidate should have strong Financial and HR Management experience and a passion for the hospitality industry.

- Budgeting: The HR Manager can oversee the budget for employee salaries, benefits, and training programs, aligning these with the overall financial strategy.
- Compensation and Benefits: They can manage payroll systems and ensure that compensation structures are financially sustainable.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (2 POSITIONS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for rides and attractions.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Amusement Parks or related fields preferred.
- Training Programs: specific training will be provided by the Equipment Manufacture during installation period, which may include; maintenance &service, safety procedures, and operational protocols.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER (2 POSITIONS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems in rides and attractions.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of existing systems.
- Collaborate on design improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Amusement Parks or heavy machinery preferred
- Training Programs: specific training will be provided by the Equipment Manufacture during installation period, which may include; maintenance &service, safety procedures, and operational protocols.
REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH POSITIONS:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/AUDITOR
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Sales Staff and oversee daily operations,
- Closing the daily sales, an accountant typically follows these steps: Gather Sales Data, Reconcile Cash, Record Sales, Summarize Daily Sales, Prepare for the Next Day (Ensure the register is balanced and ready for the next day’s transactions)
- File Documentation: Organize and file all sales documents for easy retrieval during audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

AMUSEMENT PARK ENTRANCE CASH COLLECTION AND TICKET OFFICER
Amusement Park is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Entrance Cash Collection and Ticket Officers.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and friendly ticketing experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect admission fees and issue tickets.
- Maintain accurate cash records and handle transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors.
- Ensure the entrance area is clean and organized.
- Assist with park operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Previous Minimum 3 years’ experience in cash handling and customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

AMUSEMENT PARK RIDE OPERATORS AND LIFEGUARDS
To become an amusement park rides operator, individuals typically need the following experience and qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
- Customer Service Experience: Working in environments were interacting with the public is key, such as Hospital Support Services; like Medical Assistants, Patient Care or hospitality customer service.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Familiarity with machinery or technica equipment can be beneficial.
- Safety Awareness: Previous experience in roles emphasizing safety protocols is advantageous.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Age: We require operators to be at least 20 years old and not more than 35 years.
- Diploma or Equivalent: This is often preferred
- Training Programs: Completion of specific training provided by the amusement park, which may include safety procedures and operational protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing issues that may arise during ride operation.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Operate and monitor amusement park rides safely.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Assist guests with ride instructions and address any concerns.
