Globe Internet Limited is inviting applications from fresh graduates in ICT and Business Management to undergo a 12 months intensive management training and capacity building Programme before taking up substantive positions in the organisation across its major operation centres of Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.

The successful applicants will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Development

Specialist whose key responsibilities shall include (but not limited to) the following:

  1. Exposure to all aspects of ICT Solutions Deployment, Maintenance, Customer Acquisition, Retention and Support;
  2. Services Sales and Marketing;
  3. Market Research, Analytics and Innovations;
  4. Strategy development and implementation;
  5. Customer Experience and Retention Programmes.


Interested applicant must have:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in ICT related field, Business Administration or Marketing;
  2. A team player with visionary and transformational skills.
  3. Must be less than 25 years of age.
  4. Computer literacy is a must.

  3. Should be of sober habit with good interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-driven, disciplined and motivated.
