Job Title: SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting to: Head of Sales & Reservations, Central Reservations Office

Job Description

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Tourism Management or a related field.
• At least one year of work experience in a similar field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
