Site Engineers

The suitable candidate must have Degree or Diploma in civil engineering from Reputable University and minimum 5 years or more experience in civil construction projects comprising residential Houses, commercial Buildings etc, can handle large workforce on site, review drawing , technical specification. Prepare program, organize site works, imontliFy client progress report and daily internal report, and attend meetings, schedule of safety and quality requirement as built record. Preference will be given to those candidate registered with Malawi Board of Engineers and Sound work execution

 

Quantity Surveyor

The suitable candidate must have Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Reputable University with minimum 5 years or more experience in the Construction Industry.

Suitable Candidate that are familiar with Quantity Surveying Software solutions will have added advantage.

Preference will be given to those candidate registered with Malawi Quantity Surveying Board and sound work execution experience.

 

Building Foreman

The suitable candidate must have Certificate in Building Foreman from City & Guild or National Construction Council of Malawi (NCIC) and have 10 years Minimum experience in Foremanship for Structures. Applicants without the Qualification Criteria above May still Apply with Sound reference and Experience profiles.

Suitable Candidate can handle work independently with less Supervision and have experience in projects comprising commercial Buildings etc. can review drawing and technical specification, organize site works, schedule of safety and quality requirement as built record.

 

Health and safety Officer

The suitable candidate must have Degree or Diploma in Public Health Science from Reputable University and minimum 5 years or more experience within Construction Industry, Maintain and up to date knowledge of health and safety legislation (OH&5) legislation and code of practice, knowledge of Environmental and social Management Plan (ESMP) and its implementation.

Storekeeper

The suitable candidate must have Malawi School certificate of Education (MSCE) or Diploma in Inventory Management with minimum 3 years or more experience within Construction Industry, Must be computer literate and able to handle stores independently

The desired candidates must have following attributes

• Strong organization skill and attention to details
• Able to communicate effectively with the people of different levels
• Good analytical skills and ability to resolve the issues
• Have self-drive, excellent interpersonal and intercommunication skill Be able to work independently with less supervision Be able to work under pressure, odd Hours with strict date lines Impartiality, objectivity and high level of integrity
• Ready to work in any part of the country
