With funding from the Global Fund through the Ministry of Health, ActionAid Malawi (AAM) serves as a Sub Recipient (SR) for the COVID-19 Response Mechanism – Community Engagement Grant. AAM’s role involves coordinating Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) initiatives to enhance Health and Community Systems Strengthening. This implementation is carried out in partnership with three Sub-Sub Recipients (SSRs): Malawi Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (MANET+), Creative Center for Community Mobilization (CRECCOM), and the Archdiocese of Lilongwe, Lilongwe Catholic Health Commission (LL-CHC).

AAM invites interested eligible bidders to submit proposals for the supply of the above captioned items. Those interested can access additional details and review the bidding documents at the AAM Procurement Unit’s location provided below. The documents can be inspected between 13:00 and 16:30 local time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased at a non-refundable fee of MK 15,000.00deposited in the Bank Account indicated below, and the deposit slip presented at the AAM Reception starting from Friday, 17^th May 2024.
