POSITION: ADMINISTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (1 POSITION)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Public Administration or Human Resource Management from a recognised institution is considered ideal.
• Those with an Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development or Public Administration or equivalent with at least ten (10) years’ hands-on experience will also be considered

Experience and skills:

This is a standalone position in the company and calls for a mature and experienced person, well versed with a wide range of employment laws and best management and administrative practices.

We expect the incumbent to be:

• Of good communication and interpersonal skills as a must;
• Self-motivated individual and computer literate; and
• An ambidextrous individual capable of handling a wide range of complex labour matters including issues relating to litigation.

SALARY: Competitive, negotiable based on experience for those meeting the employer’s expectations
