DMT Consult ™ is a leading  gender specialized and focused consulting firm with more than 15 years of progressive and substantial experience in undertaking gender and power analysis/assessments for projects/programmes on agriculture, livelihoods, disaster response, nutrition, education, women empowerment, gender justice  etc;  development of gender strategies/action plans and policies for projects and organizations, as well as provision of trainings on gender mainstreaming and  gender justice and women empowerment methodologies such as Gender Action Learning System (GALS), SASA, SASA Faith!  for UN agencies, INGOs, government departments, universities and private sector.

The firm is looking for trainers to facilitate a Gender Makes Business Sense (GmBS) training for a potential client.

Qualifications, Attributes and Experience

• Bachelors’ Degree or Higher in Gender, Sociology, Education, Extension, Rural Development from an accredited university or college
• Substantial knowledge and familiarity of GmBS training materials is a requisite
• More than 4 years training facilitation experience in gender and empowerment trainings such as GALS, SASA Faith, SASA etc
• Certification as a trainer for GmBS, GALS, SASA, GET AHEAD and other gender and empowerment methodologies. Evidence required.
• Demonstrable experience with training organization, participants centered facilitation, training evaluation and report writing.
• Attention to deal with a high sense of humour and strong interpersonal disposition.
