SOLICITATION FOR USAID PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (MONITORING AND EVALUATION) POSITION, FSN-10

BASIC FUNCTION
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist is responsible for coordinating performance M&E activities for HPN’s HIV Division and support USAID project managers, otherwise known as Contracting/Agreement Officer Representatives (COR/AORs), to work with implementing partners in both the design and implementation of
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plans.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Any application that does not meet the minimum requirements stated below will not be evaluated.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in public health, Social science, or Statistics with a focus on social sciences is required.

Prior Work Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the health field, with a minimum three years of experience in M&E, preferably of HIV programs.

Language Proficiency: Level IV (Fluent) English and Chichewa required.

Salary range: $42,420-$65,758 (basic salary, paid in local currency Kwacha at the prevailing exchange rate), equivalent to FSN-10 (Exceptional rate range).
