MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (3)
The positions are tenable in Lilongwe and Blantyre.

Interested persons must be highly ambitious recent university graduates with the following attributes: –

• • Impressive amounts of drive, initiative and resourcefulness
  • Proactive with an analytical mind, action driven and results oriented
  • Ability to take on challenging positions early in their career and adapt well to different work situations.

The successful candidates will undergo a twelve months’ intensive training program which will mould them into effective managers eventually.

As such this program is targeting fresh, young and un-experienced bachelor’s degree graduates with a MINIMUM CREDIT pass rate in the following disciplines: –

o Sales & Marketing
o Transport & Logistics
o Warehousing & Supply Chain
o Business Administration
