Buffalo Bicycles Malawi Limited operates 21 retail outlets across Malawi, supported by organisational sales, registered dealers, and trained mechanics. Our mission is to empower communities through sustainable mobility, and we are seeking to strengthen this impact by implementing a centralized dashboard system that enhances visibility into key operational and performance metrics.

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED

• A functional dashboard with clear, user-friendly reporting
• Configurable templates for daily, weekly, and monthly analysis
• Tools for monitoring stock movement and financial transactions
• Modules to track partner and field performance
• Documentation of all integrations and system processes
