CALL FOR PROPOSALS: CASH TRANSFER SERVICE PROVIDERS – NSANJE PC2439
NCA–DCA invites licensed and experienced Cash Transfer Service Providers to submit proposals for the provision of secure cash transfer services in Nsanje District.
Interested service providers must be legally registered and demonstrate proven operational capacity in delivering cash transfer services.
The cash transfer intervention will be implemented as a one-off payment, to be conducted on a selected day within the period February to April, subject to the activation of the agreed anticipatory action trigger model. Upon activation of the trigger, cash distribution is expected to be executed within 72 hours.
The selected service provider will be responsible for facilitating cash transfers to beneficiaries in designated project areas, in line with agreed procedures, timelines, and compliance requirements.

The closing date for receipt of complete proposals is 19th February 2026 at 16:00 hours.
Late submissions will not be considered.
