Lilongwe: Saturday 24th March, 2018 at Lingadzi Inn, Area 14, Lilongwe
Blantyre: Saturday, 31st March, 2018 (venue to be confirmed).
Mzuzu: Saturday 7th April, 2018 (venue to be confirmed)
Who should attend?
The sessions are aimed at jobseekers (fresh school leavers/graduates as well as experienced jobseekers) who wish to be provided with guidance, assistance and materials to assist in their search for new jobs.
Why you should attend?
As HR practitioners, and having recruited for a number of local and international organizations, it has been our experience that most applicants are not invited for interviews even if they meet the minimum requirements for a job. While competition could be to blame, our experience shows that applicants do not submit resume/CVs that stand out thereby limiting their chances of being shortlisted. Furthermore, employers are increasingly using technologies and online systems to undertake preliminary screening of applications and most applicants are not aware of such systems and technologies as such most applications are sieved out.

- Personal career management
Participants will have the opportunity to have their CVs/applications reviewed during and after the session. Participants shall also be provided with a username and password to access an interactive career advice page soon to be launched on https://careersmw.com
How much will attendance cost?
Participants will be required to pay MK13,000.00.
