DON BOSCO YOUTH TECHNICAL INSTITUTE
Don Bosco Youth Technical Institute is a Catholic Institution providing Technical Training, Vocational Education situated in Area 23 of Lilongwe, and it is registered with Teveta Malawi.
We are looking for the suitable person to fill the posts listed below as soon as possible.
1. Tailoring Instructor
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Level 3 Certificate in Tailoring, Fashion & Design
- Teaching qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years practical tailoring experience
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and safety procedures
- AutoCAD knowledge is added advantage
2. Welding Instructor
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Level 3 Certificate in
- Welding/Fabrication
- Teaching qualification will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of practical welding experience
- Strong knowledge of workshop safety standards
- Ability to teach both theory and practical lessons
- AutoCAD knowledge is added advantage
3. Plumbing Instructor
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Level 3 Certificate in Plumbing
- Teaching qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years practical plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and safety standards
- AutoCAD knowledge is added advantage
4. Hostel Patron
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Education, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with students or youth is an added advantage
Strong moral character and leadership skills
