Serendib Group of Hotels is looking for vibrant, strong and highly professional individuals to take up the following positions:

CONFERENCE & BANQUET MANAGER

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing conferences, meetings, and banquet events in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end event operations, including client liaison, setup, service delivery, and post-event reporting.
  • Strong skills in upselling, budgeting, and revenue generation for corporate and social functions.
  • Excellent team coordination and leadership to manage service staff, décor teams, and setup crews.
  • Ability to ensure high service standards, smooth guest experience, and strict adherence to timelines and function sheets.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or its equivalent
