We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager, Audit Senior and Finance and Admin Officer to join our team.

1.    Audit Manager

       Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments in accordance with professional standards.
  • Manage and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide value-adding insights.
  • Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and local regulations.
  • Assist in business development and contribute to firm growth.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualification: ACCA, ICAM membership.
  • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in external audit, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/IPSAS and ISA.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.

2.    Audit Senior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit fieldwork, ensuring assignments are completed in line with professional standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior auditors, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare audit reports and financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IPSAS.
  • Identify audit risks and propose practical recommendations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide value-added insights.
  • Support managers in planning engagements and meeting deadlines

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Progress toward a professional qualification (ACCA, or ICAM) – completed or nearing completion.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in external audit, preferably with supervisory
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/IPSAS and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
  1. Finance and Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Manage financial transactions.
  • Maintain office administration.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Basic knowledge of financial management principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in finance and administration is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
