We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager, Audit Senior and Finance and Admin Officer to join our team.
1. Audit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments in accordance with professional standards.
- Manage and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide value-adding insights.
- Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and local regulations.
- Assist in business development and contribute to firm growth.

Experience & Qualifications:
- A degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification: ACCA, ICAM membership.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in external audit, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/IPSAS and ISA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
2. Audit Senior
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit fieldwork, ensuring assignments are completed in line with professional standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare audit reports and financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IPSAS.
- Identify audit risks and propose practical recommendations.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide value-added insights.
- Support managers in planning engagements and meeting deadlines
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Progress toward a professional qualification (ACCA, or ICAM) – completed or nearing completion.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in external audit, preferably with supervisory
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/IPSAS and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Finance and Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Manage financial transactions.
- Maintain office administration.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Basic knowledge of financial management principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
Experience & Qualifications:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in finance and administration is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
