WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT – PURPOSE:
The position is there to ensure the organizations compliance with the requirements of ISO Standards and managing the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS). It ensures that all IMS processes are timely and properly executed, followed, measured and reported. It also ensures secure & efficient management of the company records as well as supporting the effective implementation of the company’s continous improvement programs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating & facilitating the effective implementation of IMS processes.
- Management of Internal & external audits including closure of findings.
- Review, secure and archiving of documents
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Support 5S3R implementation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2 years experience in managing management systems.
- Experience in document/records management and control.
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written & interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
