Position: Administration Officer (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: Blantyre

Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a Client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as a liaison between our team and Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and effective service.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the HR department with on-boarding processes, employee documentation, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff attending meetings or events.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, both in-person and virtual.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain an organized filing system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mind-set, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
