Job Description
The successful candidate shall specifically be responsible for:
- General employee management functions
- Compensation and Benefits
- Training and Development
- Recruitment and Selection
- Handling Labor Issues
- Handling Disciplinary matters
Qualification and experience
- A relevant first degree from a recognized institute of higher learning.
- Those with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant qualification shall have an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a large and busy private organization.
- Aged between 40 – 55 years.
- Conversant with the Labor Laws of Malawi.
- Exposure to the Hotel and Hospitality industry is an added advantage
