| 1 | Operational stability of shop applications | 30% | - Shop applications and devices availability of 100% for all shops including troubleshooting
- Network connectivity troubleshooting for the shops
- Shop visitations for proactive equipment maintenance

- Support, resolution and following up of all incidents and service requests logged by users on JIRA for EUS within 24 hours
- Updating correctly of all end user devices including those decommissioned in Asset Register
- Tracking and reporting performance of VIP end user devices weekly

| 3 | IT Office Support | 25% | - Installations and upgrading of IT equipment and systems such as LAN, Printers, Servers, Laptops and desktops
- Ensuring that all end user devices are loaded with correct version of OS, applications, DLP, CS, SCCM and SEE and are all reporting 100%
- Assist with cleanliness of cabling and equipment in the Server Room
- LAN and WIFI support
- Ensure users comply to the Information Security policy
- Take training initiatives

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in IT Experience: 2 years in busy IT environment Duty Station: Lilongwe Head
