About the Role
The main objective of this role it to manage the required farming inputs to all eligible clients for the program . You will monitor warehouse operations

Responsibilities

  • Managing Warehouse Operations including managing and coordinating the delivery and receipt of Inputs at the Warehouse.
  • Plan and prepare warehouse layouts to ensure efficient maximization of storage space and warehouse security.
  • Accurately completing, organizing, storing and submitting all required warehouse transactions and receiving documents. (TMS, Delivery Note, WH Receipt, QC Receiving Sheet, Stock Count and Count Tags, Inventory Transfer, Repackaging Receipt, etc.)
  • Maintaining a warehouse layout with allowances for perimeter space, staging areas for truck loading and adequate space between stacks
  • Leading Monthly/Weekly Inventory Counting in accordance with Global Policy and Stock Count Training Overseeing the receiving of all asset into the warehouse and at HQ by Qcing the to be received items.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or other relevant field
  • Bachelor’s Degree will be an advantage
  • 2+ years experience in supply chain and warehouse management required. Previous experience in leadership or managing teams required
  • Ability to think ahead (i.e. foresee & mitigate risks)
