POSITION : MEDICAL OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Clinical Medicine, from reputable institution.
Experience: 8-10years of experience
Work place: The successful candidate will be assigned to our M1( Jenda-Mzimba project clinic)
- Providing high-quality patient care by diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries.
- Working in collaboration with healthcare professionals such as nurses, assistants, and other doctors.
- Performing regular check-ups, health-risk assessments, and patient screenings.
- Prescribing medication and providing comprehensive instructions for administration.
- Coordinating and managing hospital staff, including scheduling, supervising, and evaluating performance
- Conduct regular patient check-ups and assessments
- Develop and implement effective healthcare programs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Lead, supervise, and manage the medical team
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to form healthcare plans
- Respond to medical/health problems presented by patients
- Provide advice and support to patients and their families
- Keep records of patients’ health progress and treatment
