Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons of Malawi origin not more than 40 years to fill vacant positions in the Ministry of Agriculture as follows:-
Post: Painter
Grade: M
Salary: Within Grade M Salary scale segment
Location : Various Departments within Min. Of Agriculture
Qualification:
Applicants should be in possession of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) and Trade Test Grade1 (One) Certificate in Painting.
Duties
The Successful candidates will be required to perform the following tasks;
i. Painting and decorating walls, Ceiling and steel works.
ii. Treating timber, roofing materials i, e, office tables, Beams, purling and wall plates.
iii. Vanishing wooden furniture i,e, office tables and Chairs.
iv. Fixing glasses to steel windows.
v. Application of plaster of Paris (POP) to ceiling boards.
vi. Carry out any other duty as may be assigned.
