Job Title : Diesel and Petrol engine General/Tractor Mechanics
Grade : SBS-MC 1
Reporting : Administratively and Functionary to the General Manager

Main Duties
 Servicing petrol and diesel machines.
 Assembling and fixing different machine
 Customer service and training

Qualification and Experience
Certificate/Diploma from any reputable training institution plus two years’ work experience

Job Title : Solar Irrigation Technician
Grade : SBS-SIT 1
Reporting : Administratively and Functionary to the General Manager

Main Duties
Among other duties, this position will perform the following functions:
 Installation of solar irrigation system
 Solar irrigation system maintenance

Qualification and Experience
Certificate/Diploma from any reputable training institution plus two years’ work

Job Title : Borehole Drilling Engineer/Technician
Grade : SBS-BDT 1
Reporting : Administratively and Functionary to the General Manager

Main Duties
 Verification and identification of borehole depth and location prior to borehole drilling.
 Monitoring the drilling process
 Operating the bore drilling machine
 Use knowledge of soil or rock conditions to determine which drill is appropriate for each job

Qualification and Experience
Certificate/Diploma from any reputable training institution plus two years’ work experience.

Job Title : Farm Manager
Grade : SBS-CFM 1
Reporting : Administratively and Functionary to the General Manager

Main Duties
 Managing all farm activities
 Farm activity planning
 Input and output planning and budgeting
 Assets and inventory management
 Risk management

Qualification and Experience
Degree from any reputable training institution plus two years’ work experience
