Globe Internet Ltd is looking for dynamic and aggressive commercially oriented professionals to join a team that is geared to revolutionalize and take Globe to new heights by taking up any the challenging positions below.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Corporate Relationship Manager, the successful candidates will primarily be responsible for:

  1. Championing the implementation of sales strategies and action plans to drive profitable volume growth for Globe Internet Ltd portfolio of services focusing on the SME and Residential markets.
  2. Researching and analyzing marketing trends, predictions and market conditions to develop sales strategies and action plans in the requisite market segment.
  3. Client prospecting, assessing and understanding potential business requirements.
  4. Building a pipeline of potential prospects and meeting customers to propose solutions
  5. Understand clients’ needs and crafting professional solutions and /or proposals for presentation to clients.
  6. Analyzing competitor activities to develop action plans to drive competitive edge for own portfolio.
  7. Management and building of strong and lasting relationship with SMEs and Residential clients to create value for Globe Internet Ltd and the business partners.
  8. Developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with existing and potential clients to continuously build opportunity pipeline;

Experience & Qualification Requirements

  1. Decisive, persuasive and an excellent negotiator with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the ICT industry.
  2. Experience and high level of proficiency in the ICT sector especially selling Internet and internet related services and solutions.
  3. Minimum of a Diploma in ICT, Business Studies or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning.
  4. Should be between 25 and 30 years of age.

Remuneration
The company shall pay a competitive package commensurate of the position. However, all jobs are commission-based job.

Rewards shall largely be driven by performance.
