Blantyre Synod Education Department (BSED)
Blantyre Synod Education Department (BSED) seeks to fill the following positions in its secondary schools and BSED Secretariat as soon as possible.
HEADTEACHER:
A head Teacher is the most senior teacher and leader of the school, responsible for all students, management of staff and implementation of Blantyre Synod education policies at school level. He/ she shall lead, manage and motivate both staff and students to achieve set target and high quality results at the school. This position requires a person of good education and proven track record of excellent performance. The person should be a dedicated CCAP Christian of solid character.
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in Education with not less than Five years’ experience of heading a reputable school. Those with post graduate qualification will have an added advantage. He/she should be highly motivated, skilled and able to demonstrate capacity to lead and direct his/her subordinates towards attainment of high quality results making the school competitive at national level.
