Job Description

  • Driving the retention strategy to retain existing corporate clients @ 99%, provide administrative support to corporate clients and on the spot service to members.
  • Engaging and collecting data details of arrears, financial statements, discontinued funds, contractual documents, KYC, CNPD, trustees training, staff briefings, retirement planning programs, movement of dormant list and make follow-ups with EB Operations (Data & Claims) and Clients Services on client queries.
  • Ensuring effective operations within the OMPSC/OMLAC Customer Retention/Client Relationship Division.
  • Proactively managing client relationships for OMPSC/OMLAC Platinum/Gold/Silver and Bronze clients.
  • Providing alternative solutions and facilitating cross selling of products.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients (large portfolios) and recommending enhanced products to suit client’s needs.
  • Conducting product presentations, trustee training and retirement planning to various members of pension funds.
  • Responsible for the retention of existing clients in line with the OMPSC/OMLAC strategy.
  • Reviewing client product portfolio regularly.
  • Determining operational implications of OMPSC/OMLAC business strategy to client retention.
  • Responsible for providing continuous feedback to Client Servicing and Operations department for the improvement of OMPSC/OMLAC value proposition.
  • Responsible for maintenance of the OMMALA brand.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on all departmental KPIs
