1.MOBILE MONEY INTEGRATIONS SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Manager, Mobile Money Systems in the Information Services Division, the Mobile Money Integrations Specialist is responsible for executing Mobile Money application integrations with internal and external systems in line with TNM policies, procedures, and solution architecture. The role focuses on developing end-to-end integration solutions, working with APIs, and ensuring seamless interoperability between the Mobile Money platform and payment or financial systems.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Scope new solutions relating to third-party integrations in line with approved solution architecture.
- Develop end-to-end integration solutions in response to business requirements and submit solutions to the Senior Specialist for approval.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to third-party integrations.
- Patch bugs and vulnerabilities identified in third-party integrations.
- Conduct thorough testing of Mobile Money integrations to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Develop technical specifications for new Mobile Money integrations in liaison with users and the Senior Specialist.
- Conduct disaster recovery testing for all third-party integrated services.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of software solutions for third-party integrations and their administration.
- Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure Mobile Money integration solutions meet approved business requirements.
- Develop software solutions to meet requirements submitted by the Business Development function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, system vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and innovative Mobile Money integration solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend new features or improvements to enhance Mobile Money integrations.
- Ensure all integration solutions comply with TNM policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in software development and/or DevOps engineering.
- Practical knowledge and experience in developing and managing system integrations.
- Practical knowledge of APIs and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript programming will be required.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
