The Procuring and Disposing Entity named above invites you to submit your quotation for the services described herein. Partial Quotations may be rejected, and the Procuring and Disposing Entity reserves the right to award a contract for selected items only. Any resulting order shall be subject to the Government of Malawi General Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders except where modified by this Request for Quotations.
SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS___
- Description: Provision, Installation, Testing and Maintenance of Security Access Control Machines at Main Access Points of Accountant General’s Office Building
- Quotation prices should be based on___
(a) for services and accessories provided from within Malawi; EXW – insured and delivered to (Accountant General ‘s Department – HQTs)
(b) for goods supplied from outside of Malawi; CIP or DDP Accountant General ‘s Department – HQTs)
- The completion period required for installation is 7- 14 days from date of order
- Quotations must be valid for 30 days from the deadline for submission.
- The warranty/guarantee offered shall be: 1 Years Warranty- plus operation and maintenance-
- Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section C must be marked with the Procurement Reference Number given above, and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: 10:00 hrs local time on 4th November, 2026.
