About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution, with a passion for driving brand awareness and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule
- Manage social media platforms and online campaigns
- Create engaging marketing content (posts, adverts, emails)
- Provide weekly sales and movement reports to management
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Support brand awareness and client acquisition initiatives
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience (service background preferred)
- Strong communication and digital marketing skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
