We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individual who is able to assist our team in Lilongwe with Customer Service and Operations responsibilities.

· Experience in handling customer calls
· Basic understanding of accounting.
· Grade 12 certificate (good Mathematics & English results).
· Professional & Proactive attitude.
· Comfortable in an independent role.
· Highly organized.
· Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office.
· Lilongwe resident.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Must be a team player.
· Must be able to multi-task.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Critical thinking.
· Must be able to provide good customer service and relationships.
· Diploma in area of business a plus.
