Kamuzu College of Nursing

Kamuzu College of Nursing (KCN), a constituent college of the University of Malawi, aims at delivering high quality and cost effective nursing and midwifery education and other health related programs to students and other stakeholders through teaching, research, consultancy and outreach, advancing professional growth and promoting the health of the people of Malawi and beyond. Besides it core mandate, KCN operates David Livingstone Memorial Clinic (DLMC), located at KCN Lilongwe campus.

To fulfil these obligations, KCN is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant posts whose other details may be accessed at www.kcn.unima.mw



Applicants must have a Master of Science degree in Community Health Nursing or Nursing with an orientation to community health nursing and relevant first degrees with credit or distinction from accredited institution of higher learning. They must have at least three years of practical experience in community health nursing and be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi. Those meeting the above requirements and have teaching experience at an accredited institution of higher learning will have an added advantage.
