Bholato Foods Limited is a maize flour processing company based in Lilongwe, Malawi. We are committed to producing high-quality, safe, and affordable maize flour for both local and regional markets. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Administration and HR Manager with accounting qualifications to support our operations.

Position Overview
The Administration and HR Manager will oversee administrative functions, manage human resources, and support accounting tasks. The successful candidate will ensure efficient office operations, maintain staff relations, and contribute to financial management.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day administrative operations
– Oversee HR functions: recruitment, training, employee relations
– Support accounting tasks: payroll, financial reporting, budgeting
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
– Coordinate office logistics and facilities management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field
  • Accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in administration/HR with accounting experience
  • Familiarity with Malawian labor laws and financial regulations
