Post : Chief Human Resource Management Officer
Grade : F/P5
Responsible to : Controller of Human Resource Management Development

Purpose of the Job
To provide technical and administrative advice in human resource function for effective and efficient realization of the strategic goals of Parliament.

Duties

i. Coordinates the payroll and benefits;
ii. Takes lead in employee relations and employee engagements activities;
iii. Manages employee wellness and other emerging Human Resource issues;
iv. Coordinates Human Resource Planning for recruitment, orientation, development and exit of staff;
v. Manages performance management system;
vi. Coordinates implementation of annual plans and contracts for human resource function;
vii. Provides professional advice on Human Resource Management; and
viii. Facilitates building capacity and management of staff in the Human Resource Division.

Minimum Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management plus a minimum of four (4) years’ working experience in human resource management field at job grade H/P8 and above or at middle management position.
