MARKETING OFFICER
Location: Head Office, Blantyre
Reports to: The Technical Manager for Underwriting, Claims and Business Development
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Monitor and manage online digital distribution channels of products and services
- Prospect and secure new business for Reunion Insurance and act on leads and initiatives.
- Enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage and develop marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and reputation
- Plan and implement creative campaigns on various social media platforms.
- Oversee and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize research findings to provide Technical Manager with insights and direction for upcoming marketing strategies and projects.
- Collaborate with Technical manager to prepare marketing budgets.
- Manage promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing and sales performance to adjust the marketing strategy as needed.
- Enhance brand awareness by liaising with stakeholders and brokers and agents to promote success.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Marketing or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 Years of experience working in Marketing.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques.
- Extensive familiarity with web analytics and social media.
