Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (NF6) 15 Positions

The position is tenable at NEEF Head Quarters and NEEF Zones

Reporting to: Planning Service Manager

Job Purpose

To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Fund’s programs and projects through robust monitoring and evaluation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework, tools, and indicators for tracking program performance.
  • Designing and conducting baseline, midterm, and end-line evaluations.
  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to assess program performance.
  • Preparing regular, quarterly and annual M&E progress reports and impact assessments.
  • Identifying lessons learned and recommending improvements.
  • Providing technical support to program staff on monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
  • Conducting regular data collection and analysis to assess progress against objectives and targets.
  • Providing technical support to teams on data management and reporting systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-year relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or research.
