UHL seeks to urgently engage energetic, result oriented, suitable qualified Malawians to fill the following vacant position tenable in Lilongwe;
Job Title: Receptionist
Reports to: Front Office Manager
Role Overview:
The Receptionist will be responsible for efficient service to all guests in the Hotel to the required Standards, ensuring Guest Satisfaction and Profit Maximization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient check-in, Check-out
- Handle guest reservations, room assignments and inventory updates,
- Guest communication and Concierge services.
- Financial and Administrative duties.
- Upsell and revenue enhancement
- Service recovery and quality assurance
- Ensure Security privacy of guests.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management obtained at a Recognised School
- Miniumum of 4star experience years in the same role.
- Perceptual Organisational & Multitasking ability
- Good interpersonal skills will be essential.
- Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
- Impeccable Communication (Verbal &Written)
- Computer literacy
